  • Regular website updates – To perform necessary security updates, plugin updates, and theme updates. Upon completing these updates, we go through each page of your site and look at every element to make sure things look right and are functioning correctly.

  • Website support – Website support is one of those things that nobody thinks they need until they run into an issue that they don’t have the solution for. That’s where we step in!

  • Theme update – A theme is the framework on which your Shopify website is built. If for any reason your theme is no longer supported, we will transfer your site to a new theme at no cost to you.

  • Shopify Apps – Should an app on your site malfunction requiring us to purchase a new app, you will be charged for the cost of the app itself.

Exclusion (Please read carefully before placing an order)

All our Shopify Services are excluded:

• Shopify subscription
• Shopify POS subscription
• Shopify apps and plugin used for the website integration
• Domain name subscription
• Google developer registration fees (US$25/one time) for mobile app development only
• Apple developer program fee (US$99/annum) for mobile app development only
• Payment gateway subscription fee – for payment gateway providers who charges setup and annual fees only.

No worries and rest assured! Although the subscription fees are excluded, but we've got you covered by helping you to register and subscribe all the above with your payment card.

The reason why the subscriptions are excluded because we would like you to TAKE THE OWNERSHIP of your assets, including the store, accounts, domain and the rest. You will have the access of everything we created for you!
