Which Shopify Plans I shall go with?

You can refer to Shopify Pricing here with its features within each plans.

Generally, the main differences are:

• Number of staff account - the number of people access to the Shopify backend to manage your website for orders, theme designs, marketing campaign and etc.

• Inventory locations - the number of physical inventory locations.

• Transaction fees charges by Shopify

Shall I go with monthly plans or annual plans?

It depends on your budget. We strongly recommend you to go with annual plan if you are subscribing Shopify Basic and Standard plan.

Why? Simply because it comes with third-party carrier-calculated shipping features for free, which you might need to use this features to configure your shipping options.

You will be required to subscribe this features at US$20/month for basic and standard plans.

Can I pay by cash or cheque to subscribe Shopify plans?

The answer is no. We require you to use your credit card in all Shopify plan and apps subscription, due to it's a recurring charges. It is to ensure you are aware of the actual cost that you are paying, and to have the total ownership of the Shopify store yourself.

Can I stop my Shopify subscription in the event that I stop my business?

Yes. You can stop the payment or close down your online store if you quit the business some days - of course we hope that you will not to.

Shopify Support & Maintenance

Can I don't sign up your maintenance plan? Will my Shopify store still get any support?

Definitely yes. Signing up Triforte's support & maintenance plan is optional. If you find you and your team is able to handle and manage your store, you may opt out from the support services.
