Shopify offers free and paid themes, check here. We strongly recommend customers to go for Shopify free theme due to several reasons: Free upgrade to the latest version. When Shopify launch any new features, the Shopify theme will get to enjoy the features first. Integrations are usually faster and easier. Theme support from third-party developers are usually take longer time. It loads faster. However, if you would like a paid theme, we certainly could work with that too.

What’s the different between the shipping options for all the plans?

Most of the stores use simple shipping and store pickup i.e. when you receive an order, you pack, and handover to the shipping partner and update the AWB in the order for tracking purposes. However, there are times you may want more complex shipping methods, such as when you require a delivery date to be chosen upon ordering, limit your delivery coverage to certain areas, rates by distance, international shipping rates auto calculation and more.

Will the design & development price different for Shopify Basic, Standard, Advanced and Plus plan?

No. Our price is set to meet your business goals, therefore the prices are same across all Shopify plans.

What’s the price of Shopify plans and which plan shall I choose?

Shopify plans start from US$19/month. There are top 3 key considerations when you choose a Shopify plan – number of staff accounts to access Shopify admin and POS, number of inventory location and transaction fees for using third party payment gateway. You can always start from the the Basic plan and move up the plan when your budget has increased or when your business scales up.

Do you provide after sales support?

Sure. We provide a 30-days service warranty upon handover. Any changes within the 30-days shall not be billed. Thereafter, you may sign up a Basic Maintenance plan with us from as low as RM1,000/month.
