Can I cancel the plan when I don’t need it anymore?

Yes. You can cancel the plan in the account page by login in to your user account. Otherwise please send us an official email for service cancellation to hello@trifortesolutions.com, and we will assist you to cancel the plan.

What are the payment methods supported for subscription plan?

We encourage customers to sign up online subscription to ease the payment process every month. However, if you find offline payment works for you better, discuss with us. We can work out an offline plan for you.

How the website maintenance subscription works?

Choose a plan that fits your business needs and subscribe. The subscription will charged to the credit card you have entered at the first time on the monthly basis, until you cancel the plan.

Can I use my subscription for multiple Shopify sites?

Unfortunately not. The individual price is applicable for single site only. To subscribe maintenance for additional site, just add the quantity and click subscribe.
