• Deposit Requirement: Upon confirmation of a project or job, a deposit of 50% or more of the total project cost is required. This deposit secures your project slot and allows us to commence work.
• Non-Refundable Policy: No refunds will be given upon job or project cancellation at any stage of the design and development process. The deposit and any subsequent payments made are considered non-refundable.
• Project Transfer: If a project or job must be cancelled, the remaining value of the project or job can be transferred to another affiliated company of your choice within our network, subject to the approval of both Triforte Solutions and the receiving affiliated company.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, we may consider requests for partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, solely at our discretion. Such exceptions are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the specific situation and the amount of work completed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Service Warranty

• 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: When you sign up with us, you are granted a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once the website is completed, we will present it to you.
• 60-Days Service Warranty: You have 60 days from the presentation of the completed website to request any changes you dislike. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the website design and content we have curated for you.
• Post-Warranty Options: After the 60-day warranty period, you have the option to sign up for our website maintenance plans or be charged on an ad-hoc basis. These options are designed to keep your website up-to-date and relevant.

7. Maintenance Services

For maintenance services, recurring payments will be billed monthly or as per the agreed billing frequency. If any payment is not collected, we reserve the right to stop the services immediately.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You must not:

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or accounts.
• Use our services to transmit any harmful or malicious code.
