Subscription Policy

Effective Date: 8 November 2025


Thank you for choosing Triforte Solutions. This Subscription Policy explains how our subscription-based services, including maintenance and support plans, are managed, billed, renewed, and canceled.


Subscription Services

Triforte Solutions offers ongoing subscription services including, but not limited to:


Each subscription provides continuous access to support, updates, and services for as long as your plan remains active.


Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis, according to your selected plan.

  • You can subscribe via our Shopify Maintenance & Support page.

  • Payments will be processed using the payment method you selected during checkout.

  • You will receive an email invoice or payment confirmation for every successful renewal.


Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of payment options for flexibility and convenience:

  • Bank Transfer: Details available in your invoice

  • Online Payments: Credit & Debit Cards, FPX, DuitNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Touch ’n Go, Boost, Maybank QR Pay, and Alipay via HitPay

  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Available through ShopeePayLater, subject to provider eligibility

Auto-Renewal

  • All subscriptions automatically renew every month to ensure uninterrupted service.

  • The renewal date corresponds to the day your original subscription started.

  • You will be charged until your plan is canceled.


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal or by contacting us directly at hello@trifortesolutions.com.

  • To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before the renewal date.

  • If you cancel after renewal, no refund will be issued for the remaining unused period of your plan.


Failed Payments & Service Suspension

  • If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification with instructions to update your billing information.

  • Services may be temporarily suspended if payment remains outstanding after 7 days from the invoice date.

  • Your subscription will automatically resume once payment is successfully processed.


Plan Modifications

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

  • Plan changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

  • Any additional costs for upgrades will be reflected in the next invoice.


Ownership & Access

All assets, accounts, and credentials remain your property. Your subscription ensures continuity of support and technical assistance but does not affect ownership of your Shopify store, domain, or related tools.


Termination by Triforte Solutions

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a subscription if:

  • Payment remains overdue for more than 14 days, or after several charging attempts

  • The service is misused or used in violation of our Terms of Service

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected
